What is Nature School?

Nature school is a childhood learning model that takes place primarily outdoors, where children explore, play, and learn in natural environments. Rooted in curiosity and wonder, nature school encourages hands-on experiences with the seasons, wildlife, and peers. What makes Little Creatures Nature School unique is our Christ-centered foundation—we weave faith, prayer, and biblical truth into our daily rhythm, helping children grow in both spirit and understanding.

Christian, Nature-based, Reggio-inspired Learning
Ages 3-5

Little Creatures Nature School is led by husband-and-wife team Walter and Natalie Worley. While Mr. Walter leads the daily program (along with a second parent volunteer or teacher) Monday-Thursday, they both lead Forest Fridays. We believe in being fully transparent, building trust, and creating an environment where families feel safe and seen.
